Below you will find our QUALITY SPECIFICATION SHEET as well as the PLANT PROCESSING FLOW DIAGRAM. As shown on the Spec Sheet, we test each lot for microbiological contaminants as we know FOOD SAFETY is the # 1 most important consideration for all food manufacturers. We will provide C of A’s to all customers for every lot upon request.

We know too, that cleanliness of the final product you receive is also a very high priority and as such, every lot of DESAMEX CHIA is cleaned and processed with very precise equipment that results in a 99.9% pure product. The Processing Flow Diagram explains this in detail. Note: All DESAMEX CHIA is given a quick preclean just after harvest for quality long term storage. Just before shipping, the seeds are given the final cleaning.
